Most recently during a transition to new design tools, repeatedly relied upon for instruction and guidance for members of various seniority to enable adoption and efficient usage across teams and domains.

Taught workshops on incorporating teaching techniques and pedagogy, writing strong usability, and concept test scripts.

Mentorship

Participated in regular engagement of new members to CGI during onboarding to help new team members get comfortable and adjust to life at a new company and provide guidance for questions and onboarding. Mentored formally and informally junior members of my teams to give back what past mentors have offered to me to catalyst my rapid growth and career development.

Volunteering

Through PowerMyLearning led a fun coding activity a colleague created around “hacking” to teach basic development skills. To add a flair of accomplishment to the day, I created "Hacking Certificates" in honor of their new coding skills. PowerMyLearning is a local organization that not only teaches children and parents digital literacy and skills, but also gives each child a laptop to take home.

I have also volunteered with HonorCode Atlanta to teach a Design Thinking Workshop. HonorCode is an organization which teaches IT methodologies to teachers to improve their classroom engagement and bring modern technology into the classroom.
