Research & synthesis

Gathering qualitative and quantitative date, for instance contextual inquiry and site usage data, I seek to understand the opportunities alongside to have shared understanding and context with my team and stakeholders. My process always begins with seeking to understand.

strategy & Design

Evaluating the pain points at each step, I craft iterative product roadmaps, low and high fidelity mock ups, and eventual prototypes to consider the entire end-to-end journey and experience of a customer and balance the expectations and needs of the stakeholders, technical feasibility.

Test & Iterate

Using identified success metrics and pass/fail criteria in usability or concept testing, the results of direct user feedback inform the next steps. If our assumptions were correct, whether development begins and user stories are ready to write or we iterate with the new knowledge we gained, it’s an upward trajectory of continued progress.
